Every time I talk wiffs with someone (especially the newer wifflers) they bring the parliament up. "What the fuck does that even mean anyway?" is a common question. I kinda forget to explain shit sometimes, and when I was unpacking some stuff I found my original notes from last year on it. Here I break down not only the idea of what a wiffs parliament is, but I also explain the specific roles that people would have in such asituation.
